說到勃根地白酒，列舉出的酒莊絕對不會少了成立於1717年這已有兩百多年歷史的Leflaive酒莊，酒標上的公雞對於喜愛勃根地的你絕對不陌生，因此也經常被稱為公雞牌。這個有著白酒傳奇的酒莊在1990年由Vincent Leflaive的女兒，Anne Claude接手後更上一層樓，延續家族多年的釀酒經歷，並在1997年引入自然動力法釀造酒款，追求完美的自然風土，自己對於葡萄的種植和酒款的釀造都頗有研究，搭配知名的釀酒師Pierre Morey，讓所有愛好著都爭相搶購。有著許多優質特級園如Montrachet, Batard Montrachet, Chevalier Montrachet以及Bienvenues Batard Montrachet。
