Nicolas Potel在1996年開始自己的酒商事業，以釀造高CP值的勃根地酒款聞名，他成功拓展高品質葡萄採購網絡，搭配極致的釀造技巧，釀造出價酒超優惠的優質勃根地酒款，2004年，Nicolas將他的品牌賣給了Labouré-Roi的Cottin兄弟，但依然持續自己的釀酒事業，並在2009年建立新的酒標Roche de Bellene，持續他在Beaune的酒商事業。
