香檳區革命性代表Cedric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne ‘Presle 2013’ ‘Val Vilaine 2017’以及舊標’Inflorescence Val Vilaine’
原本身為侍酒師的Cedric Bouchard在1990年代接管了父親那位在Cote des Bar的葡萄園，並在2000年成立了Champagne Roses de Jeanne以革命性的理念，單一葡萄園、單一品種、單一年份且除渣後不添糖(zero dosage)來釀造香檳，葡萄在耕作時以有機的方式進行，並將產量降到最低，釀造出個性鮮明的酒款，在釋出後馬上成為香檳區的明星，並且分別在2005年和2008年獲得La Revue du vin de France和Gault Millau最佳釀酒師的稱號，獨特的釀造方式和鮮明名的風土特色，為香檳寫下新的篇章。
Cedric Bouchard那些單一葡萄園除了父親那裏接管的Val Vilaine和Cote de Bechalin(原La Parcelle)，還有Les Ursules, Les Creux d’Enfer, La Haute-Lemblee, La Boloree和Presle，那些在酒莊成立初期的酒款如今都不見身影，Hedonists今天推出，入手了Presle Blanc de Noirs 2013, Cote de Val Vilaine Blanc de Noirs 2017以及Inflorescence Val Vilaine Blanc de Noirs NV，Presle為Cedric Bouchard創新的代表之作，在0.25公頃的葡萄園中，挑選10種不同的Pinot Noir種植，混和不同的葡萄藤來產生前所未有的複雜度，起初為釀造香檳區紅酒，Coteaux Champenois，但在評估葡萄特性後，改變主意而釀造Blanc de Noirs，口感圓潤，香氣濃郁，細緻非凡，每年產量僅約有1000瓶，而同樣是種植100% Pinot Noir的Val Vilaine葡萄園僅1.5公頃，推出不只有2017年，更有早期以他父親的酒標Inflorescence上市的舊款。
